I was told it would take 40 minutes to deliver. Fine.\r

An hour and 15 minutes later, I called and they said it had left their restaurant 15 minutes ago.\r

I called back 15 minutes later. They said, again, that it had left fifteen minutes ago, even though they promised me in my last call that it had left 15 minutes prior to that.\r

They put me on hold for 15 minutes when I wanted to speak to the manager. Then the manger put me on hold to speak to the owner, whom the manager said was standing, ""right next to me.""\r

Their phone people are incompetent and liars. \r

The pizza arrived after 2 hours, cold, and they still wanted to charge me. I was desperate and hungry, so I paid half. I really, really wish I hadn't. The pizza isn't very good anywa.
