Review content:
We took our mower in for a major tune up at the beginning of Spring. By the end of Summer things that had been repaired or replaced were no longer working. I took it back in and was told I would be called with an estimate if there was a repair required and it would be done Saturday. I called today to see if they had an estimate yet. The man I spoke to asked when it was promised to be done. When I said tomorrow but I was waiting for an estimate he very rudely said ""then that's when it will be done!"" I had been bringing our mowers here every year for service....maybe not any more.
Pros: A lot of selection in used mowers
Cons: Service quality and customer service are poor
