Review content:
I found Dr. Kvitko and staff friendly, courteous and timely during my 1st visit. I was at the dentists' office for a cleaning. This took around 3 hours with Dr. Kvitko leaving in the middle of my appointment to take care of some business dealings with Ted Williams; however, one of the other dentists took his time to clean my teeth. I didn't expect to be in a dental chair for 3 hours for a cleaning. Dr. Kvitko seemed more interested in his ""Smile Bright"" program. I would love to have a perfect smile but cannot afford the $28,000 I was quoted to accomplish that. The $28,000 also included some other procedures such as filing a cavity, doing a root canal with crown; however, the majority of the cost was to have a perfect smile. Not to mention that Dr. Kvitko seemed much more interested in his ""Smile Bright"" program instead of care & concern for the health of my teeth, gums, etc. On my 2nd visit, the office was running late, staff not quite as friendly or courteous, and when I mentioned that I had a schedule to keep as well, I was told that just because I was in a ""hurry,"" it wasn't their concern that I also had a professional schedule to keep. Again, during the consultation, much more attention was paid to the ""Smile Bright"" program instead of what was going on inside my mouth. Long story short - hold onto your wallet . . . this dentists' office seems more interested in seperating you from your hard-earned money than taking care of the practice of dentistry. Wish I had more positive things to say . . .\r \r
