Review content:
I just canceled our service after 3 years of poor service. Our alarm has gone off at least 2 times in the middle of the night and our phone never rang. I've left messages that were never returned. Also, be aware of the contract. It says you will pay a certain amount for 36 months but then below it says the contract is for 5 years. Why not just put ""X amount for 60 months""? That's very misleading.
