Sure, it's been here since 1919, but in a way, so has the menu. It wouldnt hurt the chef to add more salt to the chicken a la king, or dare even make his fries a little thinner so that they fit into your mouth. The prices are HIGH. Almost Tourist Trappy. Every meal on the menu is at least $20 or over. The tap water needs to be filtered properly. And the menu needs to be easier to read and they might want to decide what direction they are going for. Oldskool American Cooking? Why the cheese plates and the random deli sandwiches. Hmm... worth it maybe to stop by for a drink, but given the SHADY characters that walk around outside on Hollywood Blvd, not really a must try. There are better and more interesting historical places to eat in Hollywood. Pros: Atmosphere, Historical Spot Cons: Food, Exhorbant Prices - not value for money
