Review content:
I only visited SMA because a group of friends came into town who wanted to check it out. I was not that excited to go, as sports in general are not my thing-but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I was incredibly impressed with the amount of detail that went into each exhibit it. The informational displays capture all different type of information and I did not feel that any one sport over took the majority of the museum. My favorite parts of the museum were the interactive. My 7 year old nephew, who I took to the museum a few weeks after my initial visit, still talks about rowing and skiing machines. In all, this is a NYC attraction which should appeal to everyone, visitors and natives. Everyone I have sent their have also been extremely impressed. Pros: Interactives
