Do not buy a house at Villa Canada Estates in El Cajon. The property manager will do nothing about your complaints.We have By-laws everyone is required to comply with.Over grown weeds in front yard,not parking on the street,no xmas lights on your house after xmas-3years now.Boken fences to be repaired.Yards to be kept up to a minimum. No trailers or rvs in driveways.None of this will be enforced if you have Aimee Nimitz from Pernicano Realty as your property manager.It's sad to see your community fall apart just by having a property manager that does nothing but collect a check.Any Questions-619-443-1681.
