I placed an order with Eurostoves online store - they were the only site I could find that listed a paring knife as in stock that I needed to replace a broken one in an expensive set. After the site collected my money and told me the order would ship - I was contacted by Eurostoves and told the item was not in stock and could I wait an extra week or two - I told them no problem. Several days later I was contacted by Eurostoves again and told (after they had collected money) that the item was no longer being sold as described on the site and would I like to buy a much more expensive 3 - knife set? While they did refund my money - they did nothing to fix their mistake or to provide the product that they sold as in stock. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!! TERRIBLE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
