This management team hasnt a clue about customer service. Unfriendly staff, hot, stuffy and currently smells like mold in here. Know that the music in the ladies locker and w/out area is so loud most of the time you cant hear your own music. Instructors:please, screaming into your mike during step class, cant hear you! On that note, does any one on the staff her make your members feel welcome at all? Why downsize the already small ladies workout area?Oh to accomodate personal training sessions which bring in more $. A 2yr contract in this economic environment? yeah, right. save your $ for WOW in Foxboro or the previous Planet Fitness in No Attleboro. Both opening soon!!!
