I hope you will not have the experience we did. We used Sun two years ago for our auto storage while we stayed on Nantucket. The area was satisfactory and the price of $50 per month was a selling point. The management was very unsatisfactory! We left our credit card number to be charged each month...two months into the rental the card expired..we were told us they tried to contact us and then locked us out of the storage area. They had 2 phone numbers and an email address, told us they tried to contact us, but absolutely never called us. Because they are the ONLY car storage facility in this area, we had to go back this summer. We made a reservation, they wouldnt take a deposit, but assured us we would have a space. Hyannis is 12 hours from home and if there is no storage, its $15 per day in a local lot!! We called every week to be sure the space was being held. We were repeatedly assured it was. When we arrived we were told sorry, we have a problem... the space was taken.The Manager, BOB, flat out lied to me claiming he never said anything definite and had left a message two days prior to the effect that there was no space available. We were on our way with no message on either my or my wife's cell phone- they had both numbers. Lied to again! We found out later that an 8 year customer needed the space at the last minute and so we were out....with a supposed phone that we never received. So beware & be sure you make a deposit and get your receipt.. they are untrustworthy and unprofessional. We hope what happened to us doesnt happen to you.

Cons: Unprofessional, discourteous,unscrupulous husband and wife management team
