Review content:
While the front office is not bad, going through maintenance is a horrifying experience. If you want anything to get fixed, be prepared to be ignored, hassled as to why you ""broke"" it (i.e. a 10-year old dishwasher going out of order), demeaned, and treated as a 5-year old. In particular, avoid a woman named Susan unless you don't actually need anything fixed, maybe she'll be nice to you then.\r

I know most property management companies do not place much importance or value on their renters, but TMC actually outdoes its competition in spectacular style. Avoid at all costs if you can.
Pros: Liked a piece of property they had available
Cons: Took it and struggled with TMC's customer relations
