Review content:
The company quoted me one price to lure me in and then ""accidentally"" sold me another more expensive carpet. They failed to show up for the installation. The second appointment they showed up hours late causing the job to take an extra day..... But, on the second day they claimed they measured wrong (des[ite me providing an architectural drawing of the home signed by the architech) so I would have to wait another two weeks. They left me to walk on carpet tacks and padding during this time and did not even trim it so I could use my back door. When they finally came back to finish the carpet did not match. They promised to give me a 30% refund. It never came. I called again.. they said they were sorry and send it right away,,, they did not,, I called again... refuse to answer my calls. I lost several days of work, I'm stuck with carpet that doesn't match, and suffered weeks worth of hassle and pain. This company is a real scam!!!
