I had my Daughter take her Rodeo Queen Crown into this place to have her name engraved on the back of the Crown before it was passed on to the new Queen. And as per a recomendation, she took it to the Engraving Pros. That was our first mistake. They charged her a set up fee. Not sure for what. All they were doing was writing her first and last name on the back of her crown. Then when they were done, they didnt even clean off the excess stuff. Nor did they shine the crown for her.. \r
So, for $25 they wrote her name (just 2 words), left it a mess and the crown was even more tarnished when they were done with smudges all over it that before we took it to them. \r
The prior year, we took a crown to a different place, and not only did they wirte her name on it, the shined it as a courtesy and it didnt cost near what these rude people charged.\r
When I called to ask them why they did that, the man wouldnt speak to me, so he put a lady on the phone, who didnt identify herself. Then when I spoke to her, she was very rude and basically told me that it wasnt her problem, I told her that I would never use there services again, she came back with saying that she didnt care if we came back and hung up on me. GREAT customer service.. I hope that everyone remembers not to use the ENGRAVING PROS. because there is nothing profesional about this place. I have written a letter to the BBB and to the business office of the Grossmont shopping center.
