Honestly, I do not even know where to begin to describe how horrendous a place Morris Manor Apartments are to live. Perhaps I should begin with giving one an overview of the actual property. If you live on the sixth floor, don't expect the elevator to be working to take you up there. The elevator is ALWAYS broken. The stairs aren't much to look forward to either, because there are no railings and there is always some trash littering the walkway. If you like to see broken windows, down electrical wires, used contraceptives in the parking lot, beer bottles in the stairway, cigarette butts littered everywhere, rodents and dead rodents, Morris Manor is the place for you to live. Not only did I have rodents in my apartment, I had dead rodents decaying in my wall, which was one of the worst smells ever. Oh, and don't expect anything from the property managers. One is dumber than the other. I have never talked to such moronic people. They have absolutely NO idea what is going on and have NO way to fix anything. Best yet, try to get in touch with the landlord. You do not even have his or her number. You have to page a specific number. As you can guess, your page is NEVER returned. Another factor, in a way to make the place more secure, security guards were hired. Obviously they do a great job, because just recently someone was ROBBED on my floor. Basically, money was spent investing in inept security guards, rather than fixing an elvator that had been broken for months and months on end. To conclude, Morris Manor Apartments is the WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. I cannot stress this enough. Do not even step foot in this building, walking through the front door is a hazard. If you do decide to live here, get used to idiotic managment and talking to L&I every week to report another problem.
Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE.
Cons: Idiotic Property Managers, Terrible Property Conditions.
