Review content:
On May 15, I had my 2001 Camry car inspection. The car needs emergency brake adjustment. The emergency brake cable was good. I went to Waverly for e-brake adjustment. The mechanic checked the e-brake and said the emergency brake is good. I know it?s good. It just needs adjustment. The mechanic drove the car into the garage. The woman told me it probably takes 30 minutes. I went to have my lunch and went back to check the status after almost 30 minutes. I waited in the lobby and looked into the garage. The owner was in the office talking to the woman. I asked if my car is ready. She talked to the owner. She told me my car wasn?t started yet. I asked how much longer. I sensed something wrong from the facial expression of the owner and the woman. The owner said probably 10 more minutes. The owner ordered the mechanic what to do from his office. So I waited for another 10 minutes. At end of 10 minutes, owner came out of the office and told me the cable was broken. I was wondering how did they do the adjustment in 10 minutes. I asked for the damage to be fixed since they broke the cable. The acting manager said she couldn?t make the decision; she called the owner and left message. She said the owner was in court and won?t be back until 2PM. I stayed a while and went home. I called around several times and was told the owner wasn?t in. I asked for the mechanic?s name, which drove my car into the garage, but the acting manager refused to tell me. ...
