Businiess name:  Angus Barn Restaurant

Review content:
I loved the barn. First and foremost, the food was incredible and the service was superb. That's the first thing I look for in a restaurant and it does not disappoint. Some of the horror stories from below must either be malicious comments from competitors, or simply people who had terrible luck, but whose experience is not necessarily indicative of the restaurant's overall quality. I say this because nothing about our night was even somewhat disappointing when it came to food and service.\r \r Moving on, you should know that the place really is a barn. The novelty wears thin a bit, but it does feel more casual than the menu's price would suggest, and of all the expensive restaurants I've eaten at in the past, I felt more comfortable in the Angus Barn than anywhere else.\r \r Also, my wife and I are somewhat young. The clientele of the Barn is not. I saw a lot of gray hair, which is not necessarily a bad thing (the restaurant was not loud and I never felt annoyed by the people around us), but it does mean that if you're looking for a hip dining experience, this isn't it. Expensive? Yes. Trendy? No.\r \r The food is very expensive, but there is a lot of it. Everyone gets a complementary basket of crackers with two fabulous cheese dips, and a plate of ""relish"" which includes firm, juicy olives, pickle spears, celery and peppers. It's great, and it starts to fill you up. You'll never lack something to snack on while waiting for your food. Speaking of dinner, there's a lot of it. Feel free to order an appetizer as an entree, or share with your friend. You'll save cash this way. Try the wine sampler, too, for a nice and varied selection.\r \r Unless you plan on sharing, I would only recommend eating at the Angus Barn on special occasions. Our bill was about $115.00, before tip.\r \r Be prepared for a homey interior. Because of this and the price, it's an odd choice for the special occasion, but the food and service is definitely worth it. Pros: unparalelled beef, great food, helpful and attentive service, lots of food, seated immediately Cons: homey country atmosphere, older crowd, not terribly private or intimate, expensive
