Review content:
I have been going to Angelo's for 5 plus years. The staff has always been great and the food goes without saying. Today I ordered my usual Chef Salad with grilled onion and mushroom. They were out of mushrooms (no problem). I paid the same price but for a smaller salad and my onions was burnt not just grilled. When I called to see if there was a different cook, the new cook I assume begin streaming over the lady that answered the phone. He took the phone from her and said loudly, “I am the manager and we are under new management”. I explained why I was calling. He said that he wasn’t going to change the prices but change the quantity of the meals and that my onions are brown and not burnt. I told him that I was not satisfied with my salad and that he should tell customers of his changes. He shouted at me “Have a nice day” and slammed the phone down in my ear. I am still speechless! I have never been so disrespected by a place that I patronize in my life. I hate that the old owners left. It will be very interesting to see the future of Angelo’s now!
