I returned some brake pads to them about 4 months ago. After 10+ emails and one phone call, still no refund, even after they ""promised"" to get it done ""ASAP"", and ""Tomorrow"" These guys are either crooks or mildly retarded.
Pros: None(there should be a ""no stars"" oprion)
Cons: They steal your money
