I'd like to recommend Mr. Michael Salemi for his excellent customer service in the purchase of my 2013 BMW. I have had a great service from Mr. Salemi, especially after comparing it to my experiences at other BMW dealers. \r
He immediately approached me with a pleasant attitude, patiently answered all my questions, and showed me all the different models/colors I wanted to see, with no pressure at all. He spent a great amount of time searching for the best possible deal, and stayed late to close the deal. \r
He also followed up with me after the deal was made for some finishing details. He patiently showed me how to use and navigate through the car's monitor, and offered me to call him with any further question. Overall excellent customer service. He made my car transaction a very nice experience. Again, outstanding experience.
