Review content:
After a previous positive experience with Carroll's furniture, we went back to purchase new chairs for our kitchen. Apparently a lot has changed in the last 5 years. While the initial service on the showroom floor was excellent, things have been anything but since. We were told that our chairs had to be ordered and would arrive in 10-12 weeks. After nearly 17 weeks we still have no chairs. When we called to check on our order after 12 weeks, it took the staff several days to find our order because it was filed under the wrong letter. Several other phone calls were not returned promptly as well. To compensate us for the inconvenience, Carroll's has offered to deliver the chairs-which we could easily pick up at our own convenience, rather than waiting on them yet again-for free. We will NOT be shopping here in the future, in spite of the fact that they offer access to unique furniture in a variety of styles.
