Review content:
I brought in my new car after a small collision; I saw they were highly recommended plus I'm not picky about my car so figured Chicago collision would be suitable. I wasn't bothered that the price went up after they started or that it took longer than estimated (these things happen and I figured it would take 3 or 4 weeks anyway); but while they fixed almost everything I brought it in for suitably (still a deep scratch on the bumper), they managed to get spots of dark paint in various parts of the inside of the vehicles interior fabric, even stretching/tearing the fabric on the roof, and put both of the sun visors on backword (annoyingly they suggested everything was like that before). In addition, there were several new scratches on the outside (since it was a new car, I new they weren't there before), and spots on the fronts seats that looked like perhaps dried work glue and won't come out, and they didn't even bother to wipe off some of the dark polish on the outside panels or buffer out the tape marks around the windows. I was told I could bring it back at a future time if it still bothers me and they could try to fix a few things or take it to a specialist who could, but like I said, I'm not that picky and don't want to spend another week waiting. But just a warning, if stains and additional damage when you pick up your car bother you, you may want to try a different place. Pros: Friendly staff Cons: sub par work
