Review content:
This shop is very unprofessional!! They had two employes that had to be fired. During that time I had 2 computers in to be repaired. I was lied to about what the problem was with both computers and charged a large amount to do what they claimed was wrong and needed to be done to fix it.. However when getting them both back they both STILL had the same problem they had when i first took them in. They would not return my calls and would not admit they were in the wrong after a new employee admitted they had fired 2 previous employes for messing up many computers. They were very rude and argued with me for an hour over the phone and would not refund my money! They have a shop inThe Villages and Ocala where they work between. I warn you, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
