Review content:
After several weeks of having my check engine light on and several mechanics looking at my 200l ford taurus,\r
all of them doing a computer check which stared #2 cable misfire. I had that cable replaced and had new spark plugs installed. Still the check engine light was on. \r
I took my car to Schultz Ford made and appointment for the next day. I explained to the mechanic what had transpired already and that I wanted to have my car checked. I told him several people have already looked at my car and all are saying the same thing. I wanted a more accurate diagnosis. I got a computer readout that stated #2cable misfire. and that cost me $107.00. He then made references that the people who worked on my car had done a poor job. When I asked him for a more accurate diagnosis of my car he told me it could be 3 possible problems and it would be up to me to tell him which to fix. \r
I left dissatisfied and more confused.\r
I called and spoke to Tracy Schultz and asked her for a refund since I wasn't satisfied. She refused saying that I was ungrateful for her having to get involved in my having my car serviced there. She also told me that I had created such a scene that is why she had to get involved in the 1st place. I told her she was mistaken and that I never had met her. I felt that having me choose which problem to tackle should be made by professionals and not me. That my problem wasn't solved and I thought I deserved my money back. She refused calling me a liar. I feel that treating customers with respect and dignity goes a long way. I will never recommend Schultz Ford to anyone.\r
