I would have ti CONTRADICT the PREVIOUS reviewer & say I agree with the first reviewer! I took my blower & head trimmer about a week & a half ago! I have called various time and they say it isn't ready! I took it for a reason because I needed it fixed not put in storage. Now they are saying it will be another week & a half more!?!?!?!?! When i dropped my things off they had assured me it would be no more then one week.... Now what!?! I'm sorry but who ever thinks these people have great service must be someone hired to write a positive review!
Pros: none I can think of
Cons: Takes a LOOOONNNG time to give things back!
