Businiess name:  Straw Hat Pizza (golf Course Dr)
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Ordered the large 18"" combo. Substituted bacon for salami and onions for green peppers. It was done reluctantly. The toppings were plentiful. The sausage was above average and the linguica was tasty. The toppings were to the edge. The sauce was appropriate. The cheese was average. The crust was a major failure. It was extremely doughy. The top half of it was so doughy you could take a fork and make checkered patterns in it. It was at least 1/8 inch deep. A chain store should have better consistancy. This is very common problem with California pizza joints so at least they are at par with their peers. Pros: toppings Cons: dough
