I have taken the time to rate some of best dining experiences in my life. Everytime I've dined at a Ruth's Chris it makes the list and the last three times I've been to Ruth's Chris restaurants (Dallas, Maui, and most recently Raleigh) it seems to keep getting better. This establishment in Raleigh was the most romantic experience of all and had an attentive wait staff with an impeccable sense of timing. My wife is a ""jello"" but she loved the Crème Brulee. We have to drive three hours to get there but we will be back this year.
Pros: Consistent Service, Best Steaks Anywhere, Overall Experience
