We enjoyed a 40th b-day celebration there. Had appetizers and drinks in the inviting bar beforehand. The Shrimp/Crab salad was light and refreshing. They do not skimp on the crabmeat. Our table was ready ahead of time, but there was no rush for us to have to be seated. Our waiter, Chris, was knowledgable and polite. Chris answered all the questions to our satisfaction, made recommendations for the size of our group and made sure we had a great variety of flavorful dishes to choose from. The 7 Flavor beef is sooo goood. I don't care if other reviewers say I only like the food beacause I am an unschooled white person in the ways of pan/asian...the food is awesome! The duck, the scallops - bok choy. I was so delighted when I found out the celebration was going to take place at the Wild Ginger - It was a great success. Don't even get me started on Marcus, our Sommelier - he was gracious and full of humor and suggested great pairings for our group. We barraged him with questions and he didn't even flinch. We ended the evening at the triple door lounge and were so happy w/ our experience and get together. The Valet parking makes everything so convenient too. It was well worth the trip from Black Diamond - delicious!
