Review content:
This used to be the place I went to, from the time I could drive, until a couple of years ago when the ownership changed. I was still a loyal customer until the last 3 bad experiences I had there. Aside from their prices going up, I found that my car would have a new problem after each time that I would visit.
Recently, my brakes had started to make a grinding noise. I got my brakes replaced again just recently and the person who did the job pointed out a few things: Concord Smog, Tune and Brake technicians had neglected to put the squealers on so I had no warning that my brakes were close to needing replacement, and the brakes had been put on unevenly so that the driver's side rotor was as good as shredded. My brakes had started to make some noise on Thursday, and I had them replaced on Saturday. The brake pad had been ground down past the pad and had worn at the piston.
For a business with ""Brakes"" in their name, this level of neglect is deplorable. The prices are unreasonable, and the quality of work is frightful. Do not bring your business here.
