My car needed towing. I called to schedule a towing for the next morning at 10:30 and was given a quote. They called me half an hour before pick-up to let me know they were headed over, then at the time of pick-up, they call me to tell me they had another ""priority"" pick-up to do and that they'd have to postpone mine until the afternoon. I'd planned my work day around this morning pick-up, but okay. We set up a new pick-up time for 4:30 pm. They don't call me until 5:15, proceed to tell me they don't have ""the right truck"" available and that it wouldn't be until after 6 until it got there, and also tell me that the quote they gave me earlier was incorrect, saying it was actually going to be more than twice of what I was originally quoted. The manager wouldn't budge on the quote, wasn't apologetic, and essentially told me ""too bad."" I agree with the other 11 reviews and just wish I would've seen them sooner. I will never use these guys again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else.
