Review content:
I had heard that this place was snooty and condescending. I came prepared to be especially polite because I have a precious leather jacket that needed repair. The lead woman (sorry, don't know her name), made me feel like an idiot anyway. When I inquired what they had done to repair the hole in my jacket, she replied ""I already told you what we were going to do. We glued a patch inside. You cannot see it."" I said yes, I can see the repair. If glue was used, is it possible it could lift? She looked at me like I was stupid and said ""No, it is leather glue. It will not lift."" Like we are all supposed to know how leather glue works? And when paying $60 for a small patch, we are not entitled to questions? I don't think my questions were out of line. I wonder if this woman is as wealthy as her clients or just tries to pretend that she is. I am offended. Pros: Good cleaning for wedding dresses, etc. Cons: Be prepared to feel like you are low class
