Review content:
Purchased 25 vinyl windows with vinyl stucco trim from Horizon Senior Project Constultant, Charles Posen on 2/18/10. Installed 3/31-4/1 without vinyl trim. Unable to repair, Horizon offered $20 per window credit. Significantly less than replacement cost or even maintenance fee (bi-annual painting) which will result from their (specifically Charles') mistake. Charles later tried to convince me that I hadn't ordered the vinyl trim, blaming me for the company's mistake. Is this the kind of company you'd like to work with? In my opinion, Horizon Home Improvements, Inc. does quality work, but is in the business of taking the money (nearly $12,000 in my case) and running, rather than satisfying customer needs. Since windows are a once-every-twenty-years project, Horizon can do this with little repercussions. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against contracting with Horizon. There are plenty of window companies to choose from. Not Horizon. Pros: Great workers Cons: Deceitful sales tactics
