Review content:
Decent apartment, great location but it is difficult to recommend to anyone given the values apparently held by the management. Do NOT be deceived, get EVERYTHING in writing and have witnesses when you decide to move on. Getting your deposit back under any situation is unlikely. The apartment was left much cleaner than it was when first rented, when told not to worry about the carpet as it was going to be replaced, those words were trusted. Being charged for the cleaning of the carpet was a surprise. Apparently walking on the carpet without shoes for 3 years is excessive wear and tear! Expect warm and welcoming attention when you inquire about renting. Plan on being ignored (for WEEKS) when you attempt to settle at the end of your stay. We deal honestly and fairly with others and expect the same. It is always a disappointment to discover that there are those who honor less worthy values than integrity. Pros: Great Location Cons: Management
