We were given their name along with three other companies .. after talking with all of them and being SO frustrated , not only being in shock, sorrow about loosing my mother .. but the others didn't listen, weren't receptive , I had to repeat myself over and over ... didn't offer any suggestions. I called and got ahold of Bill at Accord and he helped make everything go very smoothly ... they handled the pick up through the delivery at the airport for the transport. He worked along side with the Houston funeral home and helped me not get taken advantage of ... this not only was wonderful customer service but also saved me a ton of money which was helpful since Mom didn't have any ... it was a good experience in an otherwise unhappy time. I would recommend you call Bill
