Review content:
I picked this restaraunt to celebrate my college graduation. The service was downhill from the moment we walked in. I had seven guests, we arrived 15 minutes ealry, of my reservation there was no one in the restaraunt, but they couldn't seat us. When they finally did they seated us right in front of the door, when there were not other patrons, I declined the table and then it took them another 5 minutes to decide where to seat us, again no other patrons in the restaraunt. After finally getting seated we ordered wine and cocktails. The bartender comes over and tells us it's her first night and asked if anyone knew how to use the wine bottle opener, she said, ""i've never seen one like this before"" and asked if someone had one she could use. It literally took them no less than 15 minutes to open the bottle of wine. The cocktails ordered showed up so late they were watered down and had to replaced, limes served with the drink showed up on a paper napkin. The food was good but the service was terrible. My guests consisted of a Training Consultant group, a CPA, controller, a director of Marketing and a retail store manager all of which offered their advice and services to the manager for improved services. Cannot speak to the music, we left before it got started.
Pros: location and food
Cons: service
