I contacted Patrick's Hair Design after a bad haircut at another salon in hopes of getting my hair fixed within the next week or two. The front desk listened to what I had to say and seemed very empathetic with my previous experience and apprehension. They actually put the owner, Jodie, on the phone and she squeezed me into her already full schedule the very next day!! When I walked in the salon I was greeted by a very friendly front desk who made me feel as though I'd been coming there for years. Jodie promptly came up to greet me. She made me feel very comfortable and confident that she would be able to give me the look that I was originally wanting to achieve. All I can say is that I have never been happier with not only a salon and stylist, but the overall experience. I am thrilled with the level of customer service that I received. I can not wait to be a repeat client of Patrick's Hair Design and especially Jodie. She is fantastic!!
