Review content:
A friend and I went to Sitti for lunch, having heard good things about it from other people we knew. We were seated promptly and our drinks were brought out in a timely manner, but then it seemed the waitress ceased to care. We didn't know there were any lunch specials until we overheard another waitress at the table next to us talking about them. I ordered the falafel, which was dry and lacking some of the toppings mentioned on the menu; for the price, that particular dish could be a lot better. Normally in this situation I would ask my server if the item could be corrected, but she was nowhere to be found. My friend enjoyed her salad, but neither of us liked how the waitress dropped off the check along with our food and didn't bother to come back afterward, leaving us to ask a (very helpful) hostess for a box for the leftovers. With so many options for eating downtown, I don't see a reason to come back to Sitti. Pros: Convenient location Cons: Uneven service; average food
