I would have given a zero if that was a choice. This place blows. First time went into this store I was looking for light fixtures...very unimpressive! AND WAY overpriced. Found much nicer light fixtures for better prices at a lighting store in novi. I gave it one more chance trying to be reasonable when I needed a blower for my fireplace. I was told some ridiculous price for it. I said hmm ok, could I get the model number for that blower, and they guy told me NO. WHAT?!?!?! Really, like it is that hard to find the model myself. He obviously knew he was way over charging and ripping me off and knew when he gave me the model I would get for cheaper somewhere else. SHADY! Well I found the model myself and got from a different fireplace store for 100 dollars less!!!! This place is TERRIBLE!
