Review content:
Charged ungodly prices to fix things on vehicle that had nothing to do with reason the vehicle was brought in. After Lentz had the vehicle for 4 days they told me it was fixed in which the orignal problem apparently was never addressed because the car still has the orignal problem. I called them and let them know that the problem was not fixed and was told that I needed to drop the vehicle off again and they would look at it for an additional price. I recommended that something be done about the price because I was told it had been fixed and I was told that they could tell the regional manager but nothing would come from it. So nothing good to say about this business , just a waste of money and time!!
