Review content:
This is a fine place to buy equipment as long as you do not need warranty work done. Once they have your money the managment and much of the staff become extremely rude and indifferent to helping you with any issues that might arise with the equipment. This is the case with large and small purchases. They do not stand behind the machines they sell nor the repairs they make. Instead they blame the manufacturer. They will move you to the back of the waiting list even if you bring your equipment in for the same repair multiple times in the space of a week. There are plenty of other larger dealers in the area that sell similar equipment at the same price and will be interested in helping you if you have problems.
