everyone who comments about the ""owner's"" attitude would not survive 5 minutes in NY or NJ. as I tell my husband all the time ""i'm not yelling i'm just passionate!"" get over it, good food is well worth a little yelling...lol. I also tell him good food takes time, its not McDonalds so if your kids can't wait more than 5 minutes don't take them there. My kid has always been great there and the staff has treated us wonderfully since he was a baby.\r On to the food, I grew up as a second gen italian in nj, when i moved to colorado i thought i was going to die when it came to finding good food. when i moved to aurora I found them and it was like being in grandma's kitchen, second only to my own. i love the Eggplant Alla Romano, and I hear the Lobster Rav is excellent, and a newer addition I will be going there tomorrow to try. I am usually too full to attempt a dessert but tomorrow I may save room just so I can't write another raving review about them. I have been to other supposedly great italian restaurants in denver which are much pricier, and not nearly as good. \r The only reason I do not give them a five star is because if you are looking for a quiet, romantic place with ambience...this is not it. Pros: great food, great price, close, quick Cons: not much ambience, not a romantic place
