Review content:
Consigners beware. This may be a great store for the buyer, but as a seller you are made to feel as if you stole the items you want to consign. We had several quality pieces damaged because of their ""merchandising"" (stacking things on each other) This resulted in unsellable furniture or significantly reduced prices because of the DAMAGE THAT THEY CAUSED after we brought it there. Older ""has-been"" design staff stand in judgement as you present each piece for approval. One prissy queen even said that ""we might consider other options."" We didn't bring junk, it was good quality newer furniture. We left the store feeling as if we should have donated it to the Salvation Army instead... at least they say ""thank you"". Additionally, it took four phone calls to get them to send checks after the items were finally sold. Bad feelings all around.
