Review content:
Although I think both vets are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and capable, their employees have no concept of what good customer service is. The staff doesn't even act like they enjoy animals or anything about their job for that matter. They are extremely rude on the phone and sometimes place you on hold for several minutes at a time. Also the services are very expensive compared to other vets in the area and the price isn't worth it to have to interact with the incredibly rude, unhelpful staff.
Pros: Great vets
Cons: I worried about leaving my pet with such unfriendly employees
