Review content:
The Regis, the cambridge and the place next to the cambridge to the north are owned by the same people. The first place was shut down because of the conditions and these two building should be no different. \r
This place houses a wide array of people in a narrow sterotype. \r
The manager and owners are dispicable and should be sued for the living conditions here. They call it a hotel when it suits them and then an apartment when it suits them. These are S.R.O.'s...Very small and Very dirty. Cokroach Infestd. They pay $80 per week or $320 per Month. The building is a disaster waiting to happen. Electricity constantly goes out. The 'building maintanence' they call it is a drunk..the bathrooms are always tied up with problems so noboody can use the toilet or shower. \r
Many illegal activities go on here from the people who own it. Very corrupt. I know there are photos and video footage going around about the place..and it is all true. The cokroachs, the floods, the electricity, the chained fire escape, no fire detectors, faulty stairs and walls..the drunk altercations..managment breaking into 'apartments/hotel rooms' and stealing what little these people have...oh and the men & woman in uniform ARE SLPD!!!\r
Stay away from this place! It is a negative atmosphere, its sad and corrupt.\r

Cons: Living conditions, Environment, Safety, Constant toxic pest spray indoors
