Review content:
Tracy was very nice the first time I went in with my wedding dress. She pinned everything and the bustle was beautiful. When I came to pick it up, she said, ""French bustle did not look good."" She told me they did something else. When I looked at it I realized that all she had done was sewed a tiny hook and one tiny loop of thread and had charged me 45 dollars!!!! I asked her if the price should come down since it was much more simple than we had originally discussed. She said no. I then mentioned that I had seen on the website that bustles were 24 dollars. After this she finally gave me 20 dollars of the 45 back. I called the next day because the more I thought about it the more upset I got. When I explained my frustration to her she was very defensive and kept referring to me as ""sweetheart"" in a condescending manner. Although she offered to refund all of my money if I brought my gown back in, she was so incredibly rude about it that I would rather lose out on the money than have to see her again! She also kept saying that other places would have charged 75 dollars for what she did to my dress. I called around and got prices from 5-10 bucks! what a rip off!!! do not go to her.. she is terrible!!!!!!!
