Review content:
I took 5 pairs of men's pants and a suit to this tailor for simple alterations. While the turn-around time was great, we soon realized why. Only 1 of the items was satisfactory. My husband spent 40 minutes being pinned and explaining what changes needed to be made to each garment. With the exception of some hemmed cuffs, none of the alterations were done. When we returned, we were told we would have to pay more to have the items altered. It was mind boggling! The seamstress actually argued with us. Completely unprofessional. In the end, she returned $12 of our $115 payment. We went across the street to Lee's Tailor's in Crabtree and spent another $45 to have everything fixed. I would not reccomend this business to anyone. Brave the mall parking and visit a true professional.
