After six years of living in N.Y.C and working in a stressful publishing environment I found that I had become a cardio junkie. When I started Happy Now Flat Belly and I loved it from the very beginning. The instructors are patient and help you to focus on your postures...I started to see results that I never had while doing endless cardio. Not too long ago I did a terrible thing, I cheated, I took pilate classes at different studios. Not one of these classes nor the teachers paid the kind of attention or gave good enough instruction that left me feeling that I just had the best workout. Like all good things and when it is the""right"" thing I went back to Happy Now and appreciate it more then ever and intend to remain a faithful and appreciated customer.
