I normally don't comment on sites like this, but I just had to when I saw the negative review for Brandy. She's been doing my hair for years and I am always amazed. It looks fantastic every time I walk out the door, and she does it all in 30 minutes, which is really amazing. I know some women like the whole experience, but I just don't have much extra time, so I appreciate the expediency. She is VERY nice and has never been even remotely condescending or rude. My 5-year-old cut her own hair and just butchered it over a year ago and now I take her to Brandy too because it needed a serious professional while it was growing out. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of price, and I know that's probably out of Brandy's control. I just look at it as paying for her doing such a great job in such little time. I actually suspect that the negative poster is a troll or competitor; I just can't imagine Brandy being rude in any capacity.
