So I decided in December that my new year was going to change drastically for me. I wasn't going to make a new years resolution, but I made a list of things that needed to change in my life. Yes you guessed it one of my priorities was the weight problem that was growing out of control (literally). I waited until the resolution-ers were done so the beginning of February I went looking for the right gym to join. I had every intension of working out with my roommate. Her being my motivation and me being hers. When she joined O2 with her boyfriend I followed along. I had my first assessment (that was with someone else) postponed because of a scheduling conflict at the gym and was very disappointed. Although everything works for a reason. Linda rescheduled it with Lisa Weber. I meet with her and just knew at that time she was the one that was going to help me. Since I have been working with Lisa I have lost just about 12 lbs, three belt notches, and my blood pressure has dropped dramatically. Not even taking into account all the muscle tone I have developed. I move faster on the volleyball court and do not get winded taking a walk or going up stairs. Lisa has not only been my physical trainer but she is also my personal motivator. She has covered both physical and mental aspects of my weight lose journey. I have come a long way and realize I still have a lot more to go, but just knowing that Lisa is there for me and with me, I see the changes I have envisioned. Pros: great personal trainers and staff Cons: working out in the temporary area
