I love to eat but i hate to cook. I feel fortunate that i live in a city that has a lot of great places to eat. I have never written about a restaurant before but i feel compelled to write about ""the goat"". Often times i go out to eat and there is one course that doesn't measure up to the rest. I have never felt that way at the stumbling goat. Every bite that i put in my mouth is delicious, seasoned without being over engineered, interesting with out ostentation, it is down town food in an easy to get to, casual & comfortable room.
The salads are great, the entrees are as well, the cheese plate is my favorite in town and changes often and the desserts are to die for. I always feels welcomed by the staff and owners and Cheeto in particular is attentive, knowledgeable and fun. There i said it! Great service and killer food.
Pros: great food every time
