WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The lady that runs the place and makes the Appointments is very rude and not helpful at all.
I went there to get the ultrasound package with the CD and DVD and when I got home to show my family the DVD it did not play MIND YOU I TRIED IT on the 5 DVD players, my PS3, and my computer!!!! I put the CD on my lap top to see if I could at least show my family the Pics and NOTHING it said it was a BLANK CD!!!! So I tried it on another lap top, my work computer and my house computer and NOTHING!!!!
I called the place to try to explain to the lady what was going on and she was very RUDE and REFUSED TO HELP ME!!!!! She kept telling me that there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO ABOUT IT!!!!! That it was my computer that didn't have the program.I even went to the place and SHE REFUSED TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT I THOUGHT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORSE!!!
SO I BASICALLY PAID OVER $100 Dollars for NOTHING!!!!! JUST A BLANK CD that was supposed to have pics of my baby's ultra sound and a DVD that wouldn't play!!!! UGH!!!!!
SO IF THEY MESS UP DON'T EXPECT THEM TO GIVE YOU A REFUND OR AT LEAST DO IT OVER AGAIN THE LADY WILL TELL YOU BASICALLY: ""THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT""
